The Prospect Story

Brock Campbell and John Hagen started Prospect Land in 2006 with a vision to have a full-service land company founded on the principles of building solid relationships, employing ethical business practices and a relentless pursuit of expertise and knowledge. Since that time, Prospect has grown to over thirty employees strong with innumerable years of experience and multiple field offices to offer close-to-community, relationship-based service. These strong relationships set us apart and allow us to address our clients’ unique needs and help them navigate the various regulations and regulatory boards. While we have grown beyond our original size we have never outgrown our founding principles. Whether we are dealing with land negotiations, registrations and acquisitions or BC Energy Regulator applications and Alberta Energy Regulator permitting and compliance, we offer the same dedication to cost effectiveness and providing real-time updates to ensure expectations are met and surpassed. Expertise is our promise, flexibility and consistency is our methodology.

We partnered with Loni Evans in 2017 to add Environmental Services to our growing service offering, following the same guiding principles upon which we were founded and have operated under. The environmental services team has grown to a large team, providing services across several sectors for the full life cycle of a project. Serving northern British Columbia, and all of Alberta, the environmental team is prepared to support all scopes of work for our client project needs.
